the problem
a foundation is asked for money by strangers, so the site has one job: show that the work is real before anyone is asked to give. the proof existed, eight years of fundraisers, a named board, instruments in actual school bands, and it was spread across a page that did not put any of it in front of a donor quickly.
what got built
four pages in the foundation's own words and photographs: the mission and what the money buys, every fundraiser since 2020 with its own gallery, the board of directors with each person's role, and a way to reach them. the donate button is there on every page, and the news a donor would look up is on the home page with a link out to each outlet.
how ai tools read it
every page answers one question in its first line, says what the organisation is in plain text, and carries its description and structured data as a nonprofit with its address, its email and its profiles. the sitemap lists all four pages.
